We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery time is within 3 - 15 days from the date of purchase, depending on your location within the UK and the size of the package. Please note that delivery times may also vary due to the current pandemic situation and other factors beyond our control.

We ship to most locations within the British mainland and offshore locations such as the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands. some remote areas may require additional shipping fees. Please get in contact with us to check if your area is within these parameters, if so we can arrange a price depending on the package size and weight. All Small and Medium sized items can go to these locations however the following postcodes will attract a surcharge; BT (all postcodes), HS (all postcodes), IM (all postcodes), IV (all postcodes), KA27, KA28, KW (all postcodes), PA20-78, PH17-50, ZE (all postcodes). These surcharges will vary based on the location and price charged to us by carriers.

All Small and Medium items are sent on a next working day delivery service with carriers such as DPD & UPS. All large items are collected by a specialist handling company and are taken back to their depot. It is estimated this process will take 2 weeks.

We are not able to send Large items to these postcodes; BT (all postcodes), HS (all postcodes), IM (all postcodes), IV26-99, KA27, KA28, KW (all postcodes), PA15-78, PH19-50, ZE (all postcodes).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you have any questions about your delivery status, please contact our customer service team at support@hometreasuresonline.co.uk.

Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer free returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. We accept returns when an item arrives damaged or when we’ve sent an incorrect item. This must be reported within 3 working days.
  2. Contact our customer service team at support@hometreasuresonline.co.uk to request a return authorization number.

If agreed:

  1. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation.

  2. Affix the return label to the outside of the package and send it back to us.

  3. If it is a larger item, the correct supplier will be notified and this will be arranged with you for collection/transfer depending on the offer of the faulty/incorrect item.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged, and all returned items must be in their original condition with tags and labels attached.
